Quebrada de Humahuaca is as far north as it goes and Ushuaia as far south; 3,500 km separate them. Learn one spot near the middle and you have three of them: Aconcagua, Mendoza and Tupungato Volcano, all within 120 km. Nothing else comes within 1,150 km of Quebrada de Humahuaca.
Caminito, Buenos Aires, Iguazú Falls and Mendoza are rated hard, and nine of the 11 are at that level or above. Aconcagua is the easy one. Ushuaia is the expert round, the world's southernmost city, on the Beagle Channel in Tierra del Fuego.
